Rugs - in my spare time

Revelation 21:5  Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.”

After getting very aggravated with another bath rug falling apart after washing it, I decided to make my own rugs.  Thanks to a blog called Mia and the Boys, I found a pattern for crocheting rugs from strips of fabric.  I've been crocheting for over 30 years, so this was perfect for me.  I like to take things and use them again whenever possible, so many of these rugs are made from sheets or leftover pieces of fabric.  I'm just following my leader and making 'new' things.

I discovered that I liked it so much, I couldn't help but crochet these rugs whenever I had the chance.  Guess what my family members are getting for Christmas this year?  ;o)

I've had friends asking for photos, so I thought I would post them here for everyone to see.
